Conference registration (standard and student) fees include: - Admission to both ALT'08 & DS'08 scientific sessions - Conference materials (both proceedings) - Coffee breaks - Welcome Party - Banquet
Please note that no lunch is included in the fees. Lunch can be ordered only for guest at the Hotel Budapest, please thick half board on the hotel booking form.
If you register as a full-time student, you must provide a certificate from your university or your advisor. Please send it to alt-ds2008@conferences.hu before the conference or bring it with you to the conference.

Cancellation/refund policy:
Cancellation of registration fees must be submitted in writing via mail, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before September 20, 2008 are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after September 20, 2008.
visa Hungary is an EU member and the member of the Schengen Agreement. Please, contact your travel agent or local government agency to be sure you have the proper travel documents You are responsible for arranging a visa if required. If you need a letter of invitation for getting visa, please contact the Local Organisers (alt-ds2008@conferences.hu)
Please, note that Invitation letters for visa purposes will be issued only with completed registration (registration, payment).
