The Meeting will be held in the buildings of MTA SZTAKI (1111 Budapest, Kende utca 13-17. and
Lágymányosi utca 11.)
Registration
The registration will be open in the Kende building of MTA SZTAKI (1111 Budapest, Kende utca 13-17.)
from 08.00 on 29 May 2006.
All participants are kindly requested to register.
Lecture rooms
Room A : MTA SZTAKI Kende building, basement
Room B: MTA SZTAKI Kende building, 5th floor, room 507
Room C: MTA SZTAKI Lágymányosi building, 3rd floor
Room D: MTA SZTAKI Lágymányosi building, 5th floor
Technical equipment
Lecture rooms are equipped with data/video beamer, computer and wireless internet access.
Password to wireless access will be announced every morning.
Coffee breaks

Morning coffee breaks are served in the corresponding lecture room.

Afternoon coffee breaks are served in Room A.
Lunch breaks

29 and 30 May, 12:30-14:30
Lunches are served in the aula of the MTA SZTAKI Lágymányosi building (ground floor).

31 May, 12:30-14:30
The lunch on 31 May takes place in the Hotel Gellért.
Participants may walk to the hotel together after the morning session.
Evening programmes
All participants and accompanying guests are cordially invited.
Welcome Dinner

Citadella Restaurant
(Address: 1118 Budapest, Gellérthegy/Gellért Hill, Citadella sétány/promenade)
Special buses transfer the participants from the Hotel Flamenco, Professor’s Guest House and Hotel Gellért to the Citadella Restaurant and back.
Departure at 19.30. Please, be sharp.
Gala Dinner

Ship “EUROPA”
Quay: Budapest I., Szilágyi Dezső tér/square
The boat will start exactly at 20:00 from the quay.
Boarding from 19:30.
To reach the quay from the hotels, please, take tram #19 or #41 to Halász utca/street (in the direction of Batthyány tér/square).
