Registration information
REGISTRATION for ECE 2010 is open.
Important information about the conference fees, methods of payment, confirmation, cancellation and refund policy is given below.
Please read them carefully.
All amounts are in Euro and include 25% VAT.
SCOPE Kft. (the official congress organiser of ECE2010) will treat your personal data such as name, address and email as specified by the data protection law in Hungary.
SCOPE Kft. is entitled to use these and to securely pass them along to third parties, should this be necessary in order to carry out a sales contract.
Your personal data will for no other purposes under no circumstances, be passed on to third parties.
Information and credit card transactions are processed through the secure WEB site of K&H Bank.

Optional programs:
You may register to the excursions later as well in a separate e-mail to be sent to the ECE2010 Secretariat (budapest@ece2010.org) when the detailed program is available, or even at the spot, in case of vacancy.
Methods of payment
Registrations will not be processed without payment.
The registration fee is determined by the date the payment is made, not the date of registration.
Payments shall be made in Euro to SCOPE Meetings Ltd (ECE 2010 Secretariat) by one of the following procedures.
1. Credit card payment
1.1. On-line payment:
EuroCard/MasterCard, VISA Classic and Visa Electron are accepted. On-line payment is available via on-line registration.
On-line payment will open at the end of February 2010 the latest.
The on-line transaction is secured with SSL (128 bites secure code) through the website of the K&H Bank Rt. system.
1.2. Mail order:
EuroCard/MasterCard and VISA are accepted.
When registering on-line, you authorise the SCOPE Meetings Ltd. (ECE 2010 Secretariat) to charge your credit card using the Credit Card Form (.doc, .pdf).
2. Bank transfer:

Confirmation
The registration will be completed and confirmed by e-mail upon receipt of payment. Please, bring the confirmation with you to the Conference for presentation at the registration desk.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail:

Cancellations received before 15 June 2010 are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
No refunds will be paid after 15 June 2010.
