REGISTRATION FEE

Important information about the conference fees, methods of payment, confirmation, cancellation and refund policy is given below. Please, read them carefully.

All amounts are in Euro and include VAT (25%).

Registration fee includes:

- Programme and book of abstracts
- Electronic proceedings
- Coffee and refreshments in the coffee breaks
- Lunch
- Farewell party
- Banquet

50 Euro reduction is available
- for students and/or
- for participants coming from emerging and developing countries  (see the list of qualifying countries HERE).

The two discounts can be combined.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registrations will not be processed without payment. Payments shall be made in Euro to SCOPE Ltd by one of the following procedures.

1. Credit card

Mail order/Off-line payment: EuroCard/MasterCard and VISA Classic will be accepted. When registering on-line, you authorise the Scope Meetings Ltd. (ACD2011 Secretariat) to charge your credit card using the Credit Card Form (.doc, .pdf).


2. Bank transfer

Payments by bank transfer should be sent to the following account of SCOPE Meetings Ltd.:

Please, instruct your bank to carry out the transactions "Free of charge for the recipient". Any bank fees incurred will be charged to the respective participant. While making the bank transfer, please, remember to indicate your name.


CONFIRMATION

The registration will be completed and confirmation will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of payment.

Cancellations received before 10 November 2011 are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
No refunds will be paid after 10 November 2011.
