One night room rate will be charged
- in case of non-attendance if a cancellation notice in writing is not received by the ALGO2003 Secretariat on or before 30 August 2003
- in case of delayed arrival if the ALGO2003 Secretariat is not advised on or before 30 August 2003

I authorise ALGO2003 to charge the above  amount to the credit card given in the Credit Card InForm.

2. Bank Transfer
