PAPER SUBMISSION

• Please read the following author's guidelines first.
  1. Regular paper submissions are now open until January 31, 2004.
  2. We only accept papers prepared in PDF format.
     • Paper Size: US Letter format (8.5" x 11").
     • Paper Length: Minimum 4 pages and maximum 6 pages, including figures, tables & references.
     • Paper formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt font.
     • Margins: Top and Bottom: 1.0" (25mm), Left & Right: 0.7" (20mm).
     • File Format: PDF.
     • File Size Limitation: 2.0MB.
     • Do NOT page number your manuscript.
     • Note: Violations of any of the above paper specifications may result in rejection of your paper.
  3. IEEE requires that the PDF files submitted are 100% Xplore compliant. Please make sure that you follow these helpful instructions on how to produce IEEE Xplore compliant PDF files.
