REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION 

All attendees for IJCNN 2004, FUZZ-IEEE 2004 and CNNA 2004, including invited speakers are kindly requested to register. 

All registered participants may attend both IJCNN 2004 and FUZZ-IEEE 2004 technical sessions however, you are kindly asked to indicate your preference on your registration form.

Please register on-site and reserve accommodation directly with the hotels.

On-line registration and hotel reservation

On-line registration and hotel reservation are recommended.

Off-line registration

You may wish to register and reserve the hotel via fax or air mail. Please do not register both on-line and off-line. If you register off-line please complete the Registration Form and the Hotel Reservation Form, and return them to the Budapest 2004 Local Secretariat (fax: +361 386 9378, postal address: Budapest 2004 Local Secretariat, Mariann Kindl, c/o MTA SZTAKI, H-1111 Budapest, Kende u. 13-17., Hungary).

Student registration

A letter of verification from the head of department must accompany Student registration. Any registrations received without a verification letter will NOT be processed. Copies of student identification card are NOT acceptable

Fees

All fees are indicated in Hungarian Forints (HUF). All prices except the Proceedings include 20% VAT.  The price of the Proceedings includes 4.76% VAT.

Conference Registration Fees

The conference registration fees include:
- participation in all IJCNN 2004  and  FUZZ-IEEE 2004 technical sessions
- the joint CD-ROM Proceedings of IJCNN 2004  and  FUZZ-IEEE 2004
- coffee/tea during breaks
- conference banquet

Printed proceedings 

*Only a limited number of printed Proceedings will be available on-site.

Order the printed version of the IJCNN 2004 or FUZZ-IEEE 2004 Proceedings  on your registration form by the early registration deadline 31 May, 2004. 

Tutorials on 25 July 2004

The tutorial registration fees include:
- participation in the selected tutorial session(s)

- tutorial notes of the selected tutorial session(s)

- coffee/tea during breaks

CNNA 2004, on 22-24 July 2004 (satellite event of Budapest 2004) 

The CNNA 2004 registration fees include:
- participation in all CNNA technical sessions
- the Proceedings of CNNA 2004
- coffee/tea during breaks

Payment information

• Registrations will not be processed without payment.

• Payments can be made by credit card (on-line or off-line) or bank transfer.

• You will receive confirmation of your payment by e-mail.

on-line: Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa  are accepted.

off-line: AmEx, Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

2. Bank transfer

Payments by bank transfer should be sent to the following account of MTA SZTAKI:

In case of bank transfer please, provide us a proof of the remittance making sure that the name of each Conference participant is clearly indicated on all documents.

Please note:

- payments sent by bank transfer must be free of charges for MTA SZTAKI

- the cut-off date for early and late registrations will be strictly enforced.

Cancellation/refund policy

Requests for refunds of the registration fee (less 20% administration charge) will be honored only if they are received before 31 May 2004. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after that date or for non-attendance.

Cancellation of tickets (tours) must be submitted in writing via post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations received before 31 May 2004  are subject to a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be paid after that date.

Hotels

Block reservations for participants and accompanying persons have been made at special rates in several hotels of different categories. To benefit from the special rates quoted for Conference participants, reservations should be made via the Budapest 2004 Local Secretariat.

Hotel reservation will only made for registered participants with payment and after 31 May, 2004 the availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed.

General conditions
Hotel reservation should be done via Budapest 2004 Local Secretariat by filling in and submitting the Hotel Reservation Form (on-line and off-line). The reservation will be confirmed by the Budapest 2004 Local Secretariat upon receipt of the registration payment.

No deposit is required and hotel fee is to be paid directly to the hotel. 

One night room rate will be charged in case of non-attendance or delayed arrival if a cancellation notice in writing is not received by the Conference Secretariat on or before 30 June, 2004.
