General Information

    Equipment for the speakers

    The lecture room is equipped with an overhead projector, a beamer, and a laptop. Technical assistance will be provided in the session room.

    Internet access

    Wireless Internet access will be available in Hotel Benczúr during the conference days, August 27-30.

    Registration and information desk operates in the lobby of Hotel Benczúr:

    Please note that we accept only cash (EUR or HUF) for payment on the spot.

    Social program

    • Welcome party on Monday, August 27 at 19.00 in Hotel Benczúr.

    • Sightseeing tour in Budapest on Wednesday, August 29, departure from Hotel Benczúr at 15.00.

    • Conference dinner on Wednesday, August 29 from 19.00 on the ship "Millenium II".

      A cruise and dinner on the river Danube. You'll enjoy magnificent views of historical Budapest. Participants will catch a glimpse of Margaret Island, the Parliament, the royal castle, the bridges, and a number of stunning buildings of Budapest while tasting traditional Hungarian and special international meals and drinks.

      Place of departure/arrival: Budapest XIII., Jászai Mari tér/square (quay 1)

      Getting to the quay by public transport: From Hotel Benczúr take the underground and get off at Oktogon, then take tram #6 or #4 to the direction of Moszkva tér and get off at Jászai Mari tér. From there it takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the North along the Danube to quay 3.
