INFORMATION The
exhibition will be held at the venue of the WINTER 2005 Conference
(Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration,
H-1093 Budapest, Fővám
tér 8.) in an area immediately adjacent to the meeting rooms. Booths
are 3 m (width) x 2 m (depth). Booth with stand construction will be
assembled using the standard Octanorm System which consist of white
(hardboard) panels for back walls and sidewalls, 1 information counter, 3
spot lights, a literature holder on the wall, 1 ashtray, 1 paper basket,
and exhibitor's name displayed on the fascia board (name panel) on the
front of the booth. The exhibit area has carpeted floors. An identification sign showing company name and location will be provided upon request. PRODUCT
DESCRIPTION A maximum of 50-word description of your product or services to be featured in the exhibit must be e-mailed to Mr. Viktor Richter. Note: Application WILL NOT be processed without this description and payment of the exhibit fee. If application is approved, this will be printed in the program EXACTLY as it appears. SPACE
ASSIGNEMENT Space
is limited at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public
Administration and is available on a first come first served basis. Please
fill in, print out and send
back the WINTER 2005 EXHIBIT APPLICATION FORM (.rtf,
.pdf) at your earliest
convenience. Final space will be determined by the WINTER 2005 Conference

HOURS
INSTALLATION Installation
hours are Sunday, 30 January from 10.00 to 15.00 A labor crew will be available during the time of installation in accordance with advance orders. Exhibitors are urged to order all services required in advance. Installation must be completed by 15.00, the official opening of the exhibition. DISMANTLING Thursday,
3 February, 2005, 12.00 Please
note: No
packing of equipment, literature, etc. or dismantling of exhibits will be
permitted until the official closing time.
At closing time, all packing cases will be returned to exhibitors
by F & F Plusz Bt., the WINTER 2005 official exhibitor contractor. Exhibitors
are responsible for their exhibit material until it is moved out of the
exhibit area. During
move out, all freight couriers must check-in with the F
&
F Plusz Bt.,
freight desk and sign a Bill of Lading for the shipment. The freight desk
will be located in the loading area outside of the exhibition area. No
couriers will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Any
damages to the exhibition area as a result of exhibit installation or
dismantling will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. PAYMENT The
cost of each 3 m x 2 m booth is: Methods
of payment: CANCELLATION Cancellations
received on or before 10 January, 2005 are subject to a 50%
cancellation fee. If cancellations occur after 10 January, 2005,
the company will be responsible for paying the full cost of one booth. GENERAL
CONDUCT OF EXHIBITORS The
purpose of the exhibit program is to further the education of the
registrants by providing an area for exhibitors to present information on
products or services pertinent to their professional interest. All vendors
have a possibility to present new scientific results of their
company in the vendor session at the period of conference. EXHIBIT
PERSONNEL Exhibitors
will be allowed to register up to three members of their firm for each 3 m
x 2 m booth space reserved (free of extra charge). Exhibitor
personnel’s registration provides access only to the exhibition area. SCIENTIFIC
PROGRAM REGISTRATION Any exhibitor who wishes to attend the scientific program must complete the conference registration form and pay the appropriate conference registration fee. OFFICIAL
EXHIBITOR CONTRACTOR The
official exhibitor contractor for the conference is: SHIPPING
AND HANDLING OF EXHIBITOR'S MATERIALS MASPED
EXPO has been designated as the official contractor for custom brokerage,
handling services, and storage services for the exposition. The
consignment address for direct shipments is as follows: MASPED
EXPO FAIR DEPARTMENT Exhibitors
should enclose a full proforma invoice stating in English or German, an
accurate description of all materials, the weight of the materials and
their value. All international shipments should be sent directly the
custom broker MASPED EXPO, who will send these shipments to the exhibition
area. To
assure that your exhibit material arrives on time, check with your carrier
