Authors actually presenting the papers must register for the ALGO2003 no later than
15 August 2003 (the deadline for early registration), otherwise their papers will automatically be cancelled.

Banquet
The registration fee for general participants is including the banquet ticket. Banquet
ticket includes 25% VAT.

Proceedings
Proceedings have to be ordered and paid together with the registration.
The availability of proceedings not previously ordered is not guaranteed. (Prices

Advance payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
In case of paying by credit card please use the Credit Card InForm. American Express,
EUROCARD/MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

Confirmation
Registration will be confirmed by the ALGO2003 Secretariat only upon receipt of the completed registration form with credit card information or the proof of remittance. Please bring the confirmation with you to
ALGO2003 for presentation at the Registration Desk.

Cancellation
Requests for refunds of the registration fee (less 20% administration charge) will be honored only if they are received before 01
September 2003. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after that date or for non-attendance.
