PUBLICITY AND BOOK EXHIBITION
Book exhibition
Publishers are welcome to participate in the book exhibition during the Conference. The exhibition will take place on 24-25-26 August 2009 at the Hotel InterContinental Budapest (address: H-1052 Budapest, Apáczai Csere János u. 12-14.) and will be located in the central areas.

Exhibition space is: 1 table + max. 3 chairs. Price for the three days: EUR 1000 (incl. VAT)
The prices include wireless internet connection, electric outlet, company information for the exhibition catalogue in the Conference programme booklet and inserts in the Conference kit.
Space is limited at the conference venue, so be sure to complete and return your application immediately. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for application is 31 May 2009.
Please, note that only less frequented places can be provided to late applicants.

Insertion in the Conference Kit
Inserts in the Conference kits (flyers, leaflets, brochures etc.) can be arranged at a price of EUR 300 (incl. VAT).
Advertisement in the Conference Programme
There will be an opportunity to advertise in the Conference programme booklet (A4).

Methods of payment / Cancellation policy
Payments will be made in Euro to ECC’09 Local Secretariat by one of the following procedures.
1. Credit card
Off-line payment/mail order: EuroCard/MasterCard and VISA are accepted.
Please, fill in and send back this Credit Card Form (rtf, pdf) by fax (+361-386-9378) or e-mail.
2. Bank transfer

Please instruct your bank to carry out the transactions "Free of charge for the recipient". Any bank fees incurred will be charged to the respective participant.
Cancellation fee: 50% of total space costs if rental is cancelled before 31 May 2009, 100% thereafter.
