SUBMISSION OF FINAL MANUSCRIPTS

ECC'09 Final Submission and Registration Procedure

All submissions must be done electronically through the Papercept conference management website till 15. June. 2009 in correspondence to the submission policy described below.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Create your manuscript(s)

Final papers uploaded to the ECC'09 must be written in English and formatted in the standard 2-column conference format provided on Papercept.

For publication in the conference proceedings, all accepted invited, regular and poster papers are limited to six (6) pages. Papers exceeding the allotted page limit will be truncated by omitting the pages over 6.
The size of the pages must be set to "A4"
The size of the .pdf file should be less than 2 MB.

Final papers can be uploaded to Papercept anytime after the 15th of April.

Only the corresponding author can upload the final paper (he/she does not have to be necessarily the same as the registered (co-)author).

The final paper uploading deadline is 15. June, 2009.

REMINDER:
Authors are fully responsible for submitting their paper in the required format.
All papers will be published as submitted by the Authors.
The Conference Organizers are NOT responsible for version tracking and for editing or correcting errors in the paper.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Papers without, at least, one author registering by the early registration deadline (31. May, 2009) will be automatically excluded from the conference programme.

If you are an author of accepted ECC'09 paper for the on-line registration, you will need your Papercept PIN code available.

Only the payment of a regular registration fee (500 EUR) enforces that the paper will be considered in the conference program and published in the conference proceedings.

In case of multiple papers of the same author the discounted registration fee (250 EUR) shall be payed for the second, third and the fourth paper.

Student registration cannot be used for enforcement.
