ACCOMMODATION
The
Local Services provider (SCOPE Ltd.) is ready to do its best to help you in
reserving a hotel room in Budapest, although we are long over the deadline
the reservation could be guaranteed. For
further information please, contact directly ecpr2005@conferences.hu Block reservations for participants and accompanying guests have been made at special conference rates in hotels of different categories. To benefit from the conference rates, reservations should be made via the SCOPE Meetings Ltd. After 1 June, 2005 the availability of the rooms cannot be guaranteed. General conditions Hotel reservation should be done via SCOPE Meetings Ltd. by submitting the Order Form. Confirmation will be sent by the SCOPE Meetings Ltd. upon receipt of the credit card information. No deposit is required and hotel fee is to be paid directly to the hotel. One night room rate will be charged in case of non-attendance or delayed arrival if a cancellation notice in writing is not received by the SCOPE Meetings Ltd. on or before 15 August, 2005.
