Block reservations have been made for participants and accompanying guests in the following hotels.

Reservation and payment should be made directly to the hotel.

Booking/payment details

Congress Park Hotel Flamenco****

- Reservation should be made by using the "Hotel accommodation booking form": .rtf or .pdf.

- One night fee will be charged in case of no-show or late cancellation after 7 September 2006.

Hunguest Hotel Griff***

- Reservation should be made by fax (+361-204-0062) or via e-mail (reserve@hotelgriff.hunguesthotels.hu). To benefit from the Conference rates, please, use "MITIP2006" as a reference.

- One night fee will be charged in case of cancellation within 30 - 7 days before arrival.

- Two nights fee will be charged in case of cancellation in case of no-show or late cancellation within 7 days before arrival.

Please note: The availability of the rooms cannot be guaranteed after 15 July 2006.
